Sandy joined Robson & Prescott at the end of October 2016. He graduated from Glasgow University in 1998 and since that time has worked in a wide variety of Equine practices across the UK dealing with every shape and size of Horse! Sandy completed a Residency in Equine Orthopaedics at Glasgow in 2005 and from 2012-2015 worked at Oakham Veterinary Hospital where he was involved in teaching students from the University of Nottingham. Sandy joins us from having been Clinical Director at Kessock Equine Vets in Inverness with itnerest in lameness, surgery and all aspects of First Opinion Equine Work.

On graduating from Edinburgh Royal Dick Vet in 2006 Milly spent her first year working with small animals and horses in Australia, this gave Milly the opportunity to work with a few of the more exotic native species. In 2007 Milly moved to Scotland where she worked in Fife primarily as a small animal vet. Originally from Northumberland, Milly has come back to her routes and joined Robson and Prescott in July 2015. Milly is passionate about all aspects of small animal work and in particular surgery. When not at work Milly enjoys running and has completed numerous ultra marathons; this all on top of a busy family life of three kids and a husband.
Amy has gradually progressed North, being originally from the South-East and then going to Liverpool university before finally moving to Robson & Prescott at the end of 2013. Amy is enjoying the variety of veterinary work and exploring the surrounding moors and beaches with her retired greyhound Flint.
Graduated from Glasgow in 1985 and joined Robson & Prescott in July 2012. Linda has worked as a small animal practitioner in the North of England since 1991 and during this time has also served as a board member for both the Veterinary Defence Society and the Veterinary Benevolent Fund. Linda very much enjoys all aspects of small animal practice and is particularly interested in ultrasonography. Outside of work she enjoys cycling, skiing and singing in a local choir.
Born and bred in the west of Scotland, Carolyn graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2007, following this with a Masters in Animal Behaviour and Welfare in 2011. Her work interests include behaviour, acupuncture and pain management. Her young baby, rescue Italian Greyhound, hand-reared cat and rescue tortoise don't leave her with much free time, but she manages to squeeze in the odd bit of horse riding and martial arts!
Catriona originally came from Edinburgh but studied veterinary medicine at the University of Glasgow, qualifying in July 2000. Her first job was in a mixed practice in Hornsea, East Yorkshire. Although she enjoyed the variety of a mixed practice, after two and a half years she decided to concentrate on small animals and has since worked in Hull, Glasgow and now here at Robson & Prescott. Catriona lives with her husband and 2 young children in Alnwick and is looking forward to working in the new Alnwick Branch. She also has a lovely gentle collie cross called Drummer.
Sarah left the Northumberland countryside for London where she graduated in 2008 from the London Vet college. Sarah soon returned to her roots and worked in Sunderland before starting at Robson & Prescott in March 2010. Sarah enjoys all aspects of mixed practice and has a soft spot for guinea pigs. Sarah enjoys spending time walking her dog Alfie.
Kate Murphy- BVMedSci BVM&S MRCVS- Kate graduated from Nottingham University in July 2015 and after seeing practice with us as a student started working at Robson & Prescott in September. Originally from the area, Kate was keen to return to Northumberland and work as a mixed animal vet. In her spare time Kate enjoys being outdoors, playing music and helping at a local farm.
